When did you last feel let down

When did you last feel let down by an experience you had high hopes for?

For me it was Euro-Disney. Not because it was eye wateringly expensive, or that we spent hours queuing for rides that lasted seconds; nope, it was the service. Miserable, surly and nobody really cared!

The adverts promised an ‘amazing and different magical experience’. The reality was a lot different so I don’t want to go again. (My adrenalin junkie children feel quite differently.)

In business, if you set an expectation you should have ability to deliver … Continue Reading

Another Happy Customer.

We have just sold our 250 property. Amazingly, in value terms that’s over fifty six million pounds of ‘stock’ and because we typically charge half the cost of the high street (sometimes even lower) to do the same job we have now saved our customers a total of £577,901 in traditional estate agent fees, or put another way, an average saving of £2,312 per property

What does that mean in practice? Well as an estate agent you would expect us visit you and provide you with a valuation of your current home, take photographs, prepare your details, market your home on all major property portals and newspapers, organise viewings, obtain feedback, handle offers and price negotiations and then manage the sale process all the way through to the point where you get the keys to your new home.
