… which is great but not uncommon. Estate agents charge to much. Its soooo expensive for what it really cost yet every day hundreds of people pay thousands of pounds more than they need to. Why ? Why is there not more of an outcry. Watch the TV and its full of programs and adverts showing you how to knock £10 pounds off your gas bill or £30 pounds off your car insurance. Never anything about low cost estate agents fees.
