Cutting Costs, not Cutting Corners

You all know that House Revolution only charges £999+VAT to sell your home, irrespective of its value. This represents a saving of more than £2500 on an averagely priced home.

 The significant difference between our charges and those of our competitors seems to provide ammunition for some to suggest that we’re cheap because we cut corners on service. That’s incorrect and could not be further from the truth.

 We’re proud to announce that we’ve recently been shortlisted for the Customer Care ‘Plus’ award in the EDP Business Awards 2010. Doesn’t really sound like a company cutting corners on its customer service does it? No.

 We’re able to price in the way we do not because we leave anything out of our service delivery – in fact we do everything every other estate agent does – but because rather than take a traditional estate agency model and try to make it work with the internet, we built a completely new business model using the very best systems to streamline the working of our offices, thereby reducing our costs. We also have the benefit of low cost office space, which while conveniently placed on the edge of the City, does not attract the rental cost of the high street. 

 So, please don’t be taken in by what other people may tell you. We are being very successful at what we do, not just by our own measures, but based on the feedback from happy (and richer!) customers and external recognition such as the EDP Business Awards. Remember, we don’t tie you into any contract and that’s the ultimate guarantee that we’ll deliver you a great service – because if we don’t we know you’ll leave.
